利用钼尾矿制备保温材料的工艺研究

    摘要:研究了硬脂酸钙掺量、水温、PP纤维掺量、双氧水掺量等对掺钼尾矿发泡水泥保温材料抗压强度、干密度和吸水率的影响,并探究其发泡机理。极差分析和指标隶属度分析结果表明,影响因素重要程度依次为:纤维掺量、外掺水水温、硬脂酸钙掺量、双氧水掺量;当纤维掺量为0.5%、双氧水掺量为5%、硬脂酸钙掺量为0.5%、水温40 ℃时,制备的保温材料性能最佳,在28 d龄期时,其抗压强度、干密度和吸水率分别为0.53 MPa、250.46 kg/m3和9.1%。

Study on the process of thermal insulation materials prepared by molybdenum tailings

    Abstract:The influence of calcium stearate content,water temperature,PP fiber content and hydrogen peroxide content on compressive strength,dry density and water absorption is researched. And the foaming mechanism is studied. Range analysis and index membership degree analysis show that the importance of the factors affecting in turn as follows:fiber content,extra water temperature,calcium stearate content and hydrogen peroxide content. The best performance of insulation materials is prepared with fiber content 0.5%,hydrogen peroxide content 5%,calcium stearate content 0.5% and water temperature of 40 ℃. The compressive strength,dry density and water absorption of insulation materials can achieve 0.53 MPa,250.46 kg/m3 and 9.1% at 28 d respectively.
