碱激发磷渣制备超轻质泡沫混凝土的试验研究

    摘要:基于碱激发-磷渣胶凝体系,研究了激发剂、水胶比、矿物掺合料、活性MgO对净浆凝结时间及强度的影响,并根据正交试验结合数理统计的方法,探讨了各因素对湿密度为200 kg/m3的超轻质泡沫混凝土性能影响的显著水平,确定了泡沫混凝土的最优配比。经过重现试验,泡沫混凝土的干密度为150 kg/m3左右时,28 d抗压强度可达0.34 MPa,吸水率为48%,导热系数为0.044W/(m·K)。

Experimental research on alkali-activated phosphorous slag prepared ultra-light foamed concrete

    Abstract:Based on the gel system of alkali-activated phosphorous slag,the effect of activated agent,W/C ratio,mineral admixture and active magnesium oxide on the setting time and strength were studied,the orthogonal experiments combined with the mathematical statistics were also applied to study the significance level of factors related to the performance of ultra-light foamed concrete with 200 kg/m3 wet density,and the optimal formula of foamed concrete was determined. After repeating experiments,the dry density of foamed concrete at around 150 kg/m3,the 28 d compressive strength reached 0.34 MPa,the bibulous rate was 48%,and the thermal conductivity coefficient was 0.044 W/(m·K).
