泡沫混凝土发泡剂的复配及改性研究

    摘要:研究了十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)与十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、动物蛋白复配以及添加聚乙烯醇(PVA)进行改性对发泡剂发泡性能和稳泡性的影响,并通过表面张力和液相黏度测试分析其机理。结果表明,SDS发泡的最佳浓度为1.25%,远高于其临界胶束浓度。动物蛋白与SDS的复配效果优于SDBS与SDS的复配,其最佳掺量为0.3%。在SDS与动物蛋白复配体系中,添加0.002%~0.003%的PVA对稳泡性有明显改善。

The research on combination and modification of foaming agent for foam concrete

    Abstract:The effect of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) combined with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) and animal protein compound,respectively,and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) which was added to the mixed systems to modify their performances on the foaming ability and foam stability was studied. The mechanism was analyzed through measuring the surface tension and liquid viscosity of foaming agent. The results showed that the optimum concentration of SDS(1.25%) for foaming was higher than its critical micelle concentration. The synergistic effect of SDS with animal protein was better than that of SDS with SDBS,and the optimal content is 0.3%. 0.002%~0.003% of PVA added into the mixed system of SDS and animal protein could significantly improve the foam stability of the composite foaming agent.
