B08级泡沫混凝土的强度性能研究

    摘要:研究了密度、水灰比、粉煤灰掺量、细砂掺量、增稠剂、龄期、水泥强度等级及养护方式等因素对B08级泡沫混凝土强度的影响。结果表明,密度对泡沫混凝土强度影响最大,而水灰比越低泡沫混凝土强度越高,粉煤灰掺量低于40%时对强度影响不大,细砂会显著降低强度,高强度等级水泥、良好的养护及足够的龄期可提高强度,外加剂有利于提高料浆经较长时间静停后制备的泡沫混凝土的强度。

Research on strength property of B08 foam concrete

    Abstract:The influence of density,water cement ratio,fly ash and fine sand content,thickening agent,curing age,strength grade and curing methods on B08 foam concrete were investigated. Results show that density was the most influential factor of strength,the strength of foam concrete increased with decreasing water-cement ratio,the strength almost remained the same when the fly ash content was less than 40% while the fine sand significantly reduced the strength. High strength grade cement,enough curing age and good curing method could improve the strength. Admixtures could improve the strength of foam concrete that prepared of slurry after loss of workability.
