超疏水材料涂层对混凝土抗冻性能的影响

    摘要:由于混凝土具有多孔特性易吸收水分,导致其抗冻耐久性较差。采用新型超疏水材料涂层可以改善混凝土的冻融破坏,提高其抗冻性能。采用水解缩合反应制备了纳米SiO2颗粒,通过氟硅烷氟化法得到了超疏水溶液。随后通过水冻试验和盐冻试验测试了超疏水材料涂层对混凝土抗冻性能的影响。结果表明,超疏水材料涂层可以提升混凝土表面抗冻能力,防止水分向混凝土内部侵入,但不适用于未引气混凝土。因此,应对混凝土同时进行引气与超疏水涂层处理,以改善其内部孔隙结构,提升表面的疏水性能和抗冻性能。

Effect of super hydrophobic material coating on frost resistance of concrete

    Abstract:Due to the porous property of concrete,it is easy to absorb moisture,which leads to the poor durability of frost resistance. The new super hydrophobic coating can improve the freeze-thaw damage of concrete and improve its frost resistance. The Nano SiO2 particles were prepared by hydrolysis condensation reaction,and the super hydrophobic solution was obtained by the fluorine silane method. The effect of super hydrophobic material coating on the frost resistance of concrete was experimented by water freezing test and salt freezing test. The results show that the super hydrophobic coating can improve the surface frost resistance of concrete and prevent the water from entering into the concrete,however,it is not suitable for concrete without air-entraining. Therefore,it is necessary to deal with the concrete by air entraining and super hydrophobic coating treatment,which can improve the internal pore structure,enhance the surface lyophobic performance and frost resistance.
