钢渣-复掺纳米SiO2混凝土与钢筋粘结锚固性能试验

    摘要:通过在混凝土中单掺钢渣和双掺钢渣与纳米SiO2进行试验,研究其掺量与粘结应力的关系,结果表明,双掺钢渣和纳米SiO2对其粘结应力影响较为明显;当钢渣掺量为20%时粘结应力最高;粘结应力与抗拉强度呈正相关性;粘结应力随抗拉强度的变化呈线性发展;粘结应力值和普通混凝土一样,也可根据抗压强度和抗拉强度进行推导。

Test research on the bond anchorage performance of Nano SiO2 steel slag-mixed concrete with steel

    Abstract:By single in the concrete with steel slag and double mixing steel slag with nano SiO2 experiment,study the relationship between the bond stress and the content. Result showed that:Double mixing steel slag and nano SiO2 had evident effects on the bond stress. When steel slag content is 20% bond stress is highest. The bond stress and tensile strength was a positive correlation. Bond stress showed a linear development along with the change of the intensity. Same as the normal concrete,the bond stress value can also be derived according to the compressive strength and tensile strength.
