环氧树脂复合增韧改性配合比正交试验研究

 摘要:青海省气候复杂多变,环境严峻,紫外辐射强度高,给普通环氧树脂胶料铺筑的薄层罩面路面带来了严峻的挑战,为此,通过对环氧树脂进行复合增韧改性及抗紫外线老化改性,采用正交设计方法,研究了影响因素环氧树脂和聚氨酯改性环氧树脂的质量比、碳黑掺量以及短切玻璃纤维的最优掺量。试验结果表明:综合低温韧性、拉拔强度和抗紫外线老化性能,适宜的配合比为:聚氨酯改性环氧树脂和E51环氧树脂的质量比为1.5∶1.0,碳黑掺量为3%,短切纤维掺量为1%。

 Abstract:Climate in Qinghai province is complicated and changeable,the environment is serious,ultraviolet radiation intensity is high,all these brought serious challenges to the thin layer road pavement covered with common epoxy resin adhesive material,so,in this paper,through composite toughening and modifying the epoxy resin and modifying ultraviolet aging resistance,we used orthogonal design method,studied the influencing factors of epoxy resin and polyurethane modified epoxy resin quality ratio and dosage of carbon black and the optimal dosage of chopped glass fiber. The results showed that taken together temperature toughness,pull strength and anti ultraviolet aging performance,appropriate mixing ratio for the quality of the polyurethane modified epoxy resin and E51 epoxy resin dosage ratio is 1
