蔗渣纤维沥青混合料超薄路面层抗腐性能试验研

     摘要:以路用蔗渣颗粒状木质纤维为纤维稳定剂,按油石比5.3%、5.6%、5.9%、6.2%、6.5%配制蔗渣纤维SMA-8沥青混合料作为超薄路面结构层材料。通过SMA-8沥青混合料试样浸水、冻融劈裂强度、不浸水的浸水车辙、浸水(或动水)的浸水车辙等抗腐性能试验研究,证实路用蔗渣颗粒状木质纤维可以作为SMA沥青混合料的纤维稳定剂,油石比为5.94%~6.04%制成的蔗渣纤维SMA-8沥青混合料超薄路面层抗腐性能最佳。

Experimental study on corrosion-resistance of ultra-thin pavement of sugarcane fiber asphalt mixture

    Abstract:We used road construction bagasse granular cellulose fiber as stabilizer to prepare sugarcane fiber SMA-8 asphalt mixture according to asphalt-aggregate ratio of 5.3%,5.6%,5.9%,6.2%,6.5%. The prepared asphalt mixture was used as ultra-thin pavement structure materials. In the present paper corrosion-resistance experiment research on SMA-8 asphalt mixture sample soaking,freeze-thaw split tensile strength,non-soaking immersion rut,soaking(or flowing water) immersion rut etc. was carried out.The experimental study result confirmed road construction sugarcane bagasse granular cellulose fiber can be used as stabilizer of SMA-8 asphalt mixture. The best sugarcane fiber SMA-8 asphalt mixture ultra-thin pavement corrosion-resistance was presented when the asphalt-aggregate ratio is of 5.94%~6.04%.
