覆膜蒸养条件下聚羧酸与FDN减水剂对C30混凝土力

    摘要:为改善乌鲁木齐地区覆膜条件下蒸养混凝土构件基本力学性能,设计4组C30等级的混凝土配合比,制作试块在覆膜条件下蒸汽养护,以各龄期的抗压强度和劈拉强度为参考指标,确定适宜当地骨料的最优配合比;分别掺入不同比例的聚羧酸减水剂与FDN减水剂,制作试块测试各龄期抗压与劈拉强度,确定2种减水剂的的最优掺量。结果表明:选用水灰比0.51时,配制的C30混凝土拌合物的和易性和试块的强度较好;相对于C30蒸养混凝土,聚羧酸减水剂的最优掺量为0.4%,FDN减水剂的最优掺量为1.1%;当同为最优掺量时,添加FDN减水剂比聚羧酸减水剂对改善蒸养C30混凝土力学性能更有优势。

Study on impact of polycarboxylate and FDN water reducer on C30 concrete mechanics performance
under the coated steam curing condition

    Abstract:In order to improve the basic mechanical properties of concrete under coated steam curing conditions in Urumqi area,design four C30 grade concrete mix,making specimen to be steam cured under coated conditions,using compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of different ages as indicators for the assessment to determine the optimal mix of suitable local aggregate,add different proportions of polycarboxylate and FDN water reducer,making specimen test for each age compressive and splitting tensile strength,determined the optimal superplasticizer dosage of two species. The results showed that:When water-cement ratio selected 0.51,C30 concrete which had formulated had better peaceability,higher strength test block. Relative to C30 steam curing concrete,the optimal dosage of formulated C30 concrete polycarboxylate is 0.4%,optimum dosage of FDN water reducer is 1.1%. Under the condition of optimal dosage,FDN water reducer has more advantages than polycarboxylate superplasticizer in improving the mechanical properties of C30 concrete.
