基于瞬态平面热源法的磷酸镁水泥石导热系数研

    摘要:以重烧氧化镁、磷酸二氢钾、硼砂以及粉煤灰为原料制备磷酸镁水泥,通过瞬态平面热源法(Transient Plane Source Method,TPS)对磷酸镁水泥石的导热系数进行研究。结果表明:随着镁磷比M/P的增大,磷酸镁水泥石的导热系数相应增大;水胶比越高,磷酸镁水泥石的导热系数越低;掺入粉煤灰可以较大幅度降低磷酸镁水泥石的导热系数;养护龄期对磷酸镁水泥石导热系数的影响微弱。

Study of thermal conductivity of magnesium phosphate cement paste based on transient plane source method

    Abstract:With dead burned magnesia,potassium dihydrogen phosphate,borax and fly ash as raw materials,the thermal conductivity of magnesium phosphate cement paste was studied by transient plane source method(TPS). Experimental results show that the thermal conductivity of hardened magnesium phosphate cement paste increase with M/P ratio increases,the higher the water-solid ratio,the lower the thermal conductivity of hardened magnesium phosphate cement paste,mixed with fly ash can significantly reduce the thermal conductivity of hardened magnesium phosphate cement paste,curing age have no or mild effect on thermal conductivity of hardened magnesium phosphate cement paste.
