不同聚合物硅酸盐水泥基饰面砂浆吸水量与抗泛

摘要:研究了纤维素醚和可再分散乳胶粉对硅酸盐水泥基饰面砂浆抗泛白性和吸水性的影响,同时分析比较了不同掺量羟丙基甲基纤维素和乙烯-月桂乙烯-氯乙烯三元共聚胶粉对饰面砂浆吸水量与抗泛白的关系。结果表明,掺入纤维素醚和乳胶粉能提高饰面砂浆的抗泛白性、改善其吸水性,其中HPMC-2和E/VC/VL的作用效果较好,且单掺时的最佳掺量分别为0.3%和10%;此外,硅酸盐水泥基饰面砂浆抗泛白性与吸水量存在正相关性,饰面砂浆吸水量越小,其抗泛白性越好。

Influence of polymer on the efflorescence and water absorption properties of portland cement-based decorative mortar

Abstract:The influence of three kinds of cellulose ether and four kinds of re-dispersible polymer powder on the properties of efflorescence and water absorption of portland cement-based decorative mortar was investigated. The effect of different dosage of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and ethylene/vinyl chloride/vinyl laurate redispersible terpolymer was also discussed. The results showed that both cellulose ether and re-dispersible polymer can reduce efflorescence,greatly change water absorption. The HPMC-2 and E/VC/VL have better performances and the best dosage is 0.3% and 10% respectively. What's more,it concluded that the efflorescence resistance and water absorption is positive correlation,the less water absorption,the better efflorescence resistivity.
