SiO2气凝胶在粉煤灰基地质聚合物中的稳定性

    摘要:以SiO2气凝胶(AG)、粉煤灰(CFA)、钠水玻璃和氢氧化钠(NH)为主要原料制备气凝胶-粉煤灰基地质聚合物。通过调节氢氧化钠浓度(0~8 mol/L)和蒸养温度(20~80 ℃),研究AG在粉煤灰基地质聚合物中的稳定性。结果表明:AG与不同NH浓度的碱激发剂溶液接触角均大于130°,当NH浓度为6 mol/L时,接触角最大为140.2°;且当蒸汽养护温度达到80 ℃时,AG在地质聚合物中均能稳定存在;当蒸养温度为60 ℃、NH浓度为6 mol/L时,气凝胶-粉煤灰基地质聚合物的150 d抗压强度达到29.0 MPa,AG可以在地质聚合物中长期稳定存在。

Stability of SiO2 aerogel in coal fly ash-based geopolymer

    Abstract:SiO2 aerogel(AG),coal fly ash(CFA),sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide(NH) were used to prepare aerogel-coal fly ash-based geopolymer. By adjusting the concentration of NH(0~8 mol/L) and steam temperature(20 to 80 ℃),the stability of AG in coal fly ash-based geopolymer was investigated. The experimental results showed that the contact angle of AG with different concentration of NH of alkali activator solution all larger than 130°,when the concentration of NH was 6 mol/L,the contact angle is the largest of 140.2°. And when the steaming temperature reached to 80 ℃,AG was still stable in geopolymer. When the steam curing temperature was 60 ℃ and the concentration of NH was 6 mol/L,the 150 d compressive strength of AG/CFA lightweight GEO reached 29 MPa and AG can be long-term stability in GEO.
