疏浚淤砂蒸压灰砂砖的研制

    摘要：在试验室模拟蒸压灰砂砖的生产工艺，并自行设计试验室条件下蒸压灰砂砖压制成型试验方法，开展了陈化方式、蒸压灰砂砖混合料配合比、成型工艺、蒸压工艺等对疏浚淤砂蒸压灰砂砖性能影响的研究。结果表明，试验室设计的蒸压灰砂砖压制成型试验方法方便、可行；疏浚淤砂可以100%替代天然河砂制备蒸压灰砂砖。

Development of autoclaved sand-lime bricks with dredged sand

    Abstract：The production technology of autoclaved sand-lime bricks was simulated in laboratory，and the pressure molding method of autoclaved sand-lime bricks was designed in laboratory conditions. Based on these，the influences of aging processes，autoclaved sand-lime brick mix proportion，molding technology and autoclaving technology on autoclaved sand-lime bricks with dredged sand were studied. The results indicated that the pressure molding method designed in laboratory conditions was convenient and feasible and dredged sand could completely replace natural river sand to make autoclaved sand-lime bricks.
