干燥制度对隧道窑淤泥烧结砌块性能的影响

    摘要:以某工厂成型的淤泥坯体为试样,在隧道干燥窑中,通过调整推车的速度得到3种不同干燥制度下的干坯,对比3组干坯的外观质量、残余含水量、抗压强度和烧结砌块的性能,得到最优的窑车速度。结果表明,在干燥窑中,因1#~16#车位范围内的温度低、湿度大,对坯体的干燥作用甚微,因此,直接从16#车位开始干燥,推车在每个车位停留2.5 h,能获得具有较好外观质量的干坯,干坯的残余含水率为2.7%,抗压强度为1.6 MPa;烧结砌块表面平整无缺陷,抗压强度达到5.3 MPa,符合GB 26538—2011《烧结保温砖和保温砌块》中MU5强度等级要求。为了提高实际生产中的干燥效率,可以在干燥窑前端和末端分别加大排湿量,增加热源,充分利用干燥窑空间,缩短干燥周期。

Effect of drying program on properties of sintered block made from lake sediment in tunnel kiln

    Abstract:In this investigation,adopting patterned sludge green body from a certain factory as sample,three different drying regimes in tunnel in a block manufacturing plant can be obtained through adjusting the speed of trolley. The surface condition,residual moisture content,compressive strength of the dried block specimens and properties of sintered blocks were compared to obtain the optimal drying regime. The results revealed that the drying from 1# position to 16# position which has low temperature and high relative humidity has little drying effects on block specimens. Therefore,when started from 16# position and the trolley stopped at each position for 2.5 h can obtain dried blocks with good appearance quality. Under this drying regime,remnant moisture content was 2.7% and the compressive strength reached 1.6 MPa. When the surface of sintered brick appears smoothness without defect,compressive strength can reach 5.3 MPa,which meets the strength grade of MU5 for blocks of GB 26538—2011 "The sintered insulation brick and block". In order to improve the drying efficiency in actual production, increasing humidity in the front end and the end of dryer tunnel and increasing the heat source can make full use of space of the dryer tunnel and shorten the drying period.
