膨胀珍珠岩再生橡胶粉复合保温砂浆基本性能及

    摘要:选取了40、60、80、100目粒径的废旧轮胎再生橡胶粉对复合保温砂浆进行改性试验,研究橡胶粉掺量对复合保温砂浆基本性能的影响。结果表明:掺不同细度橡胶粉保温砂浆试件抗折及抗压强度、干密度随着橡胶粉掺量的增加整体均呈下降趋势;橡胶粉掺量在20%以内时不同细度橡胶粉试件的导热系数差异不大,橡胶粉掺量为50%时,100目橡胶粉试件导热系数最低,为0.0798W/(m·K)。并结合微观形态,探讨了复合保温砂浆内部各材料之间的工作机理。

Researching on the basic performance and influence mechanism of expanded perlite-rubber powder composite mortar

    Abstract:This paper selected 40 mesh,60 mesh,80 mesh and 100 mesh size of waste tire modification to test reclaimed rubber powder. The influence of rubber powder content on the basic performance of composite insulation mortar was studied. The results show that with the increase of rubber powder content,the flexural strength,compressive strength and dry density of the samples with different rubber powder fineness are decreased. Difference of thermal conductivity is not big when rubber powder content was within 20%. When the content was 50%,thermal conductivity of the 100 mesh rubber powder sample was the lowest,reaching 0.0798 W/(m·K). Combined with the microscopic morphology,the working mechanism of each material in the composite insulation mortar was discussed.
