可喷涂垂直型单组份聚氨酯防水涂料的制备

    摘要：以聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯为主要原料经聚合反应，然后加入活化好的触变剂，制备成可立面喷涂施工的垂直型单组分聚氨酯防水涂料。通过聚醚多元醇、环保增塑剂、触变剂以及异氰酸酯指数R值对性能影响的研究，确定了最佳用量。结果表明，当聚醚330 N质量分数为20%~40%、增塑剂质量分数在8%~15%、触变剂质量分数在0.5%~0.6%，R值为2.0~2.4时，所研制的防水涂料物理性能优异、黏度低、抗流挂，可进行喷涂施工，而且具有涂膜密实、无气泡、低温固化快以及优异的贮存稳定性等特点。

Preparation of the spraying vertical type one-component polyurethane waterproof coating

    Abstract：With adding the activated thixotropic agent，the vertical type one-component polyurethane waterproof coating which can be applied in vertical spraying construction was synthesized by polymerization reaction of polyether polyol and isocyanate. The performance influences of polyether polyol，plasticizer，thixotropic agent and R value of isocyanate were investigated and the optimum dosage was determined. The results showed that when the polyether 330 N mass fraction of 20%~40%，mass fraction of plasticizer in 8%~15%，thixotropic agent in the range of 0.5%~0.6%，R value of 2.0~2.4，the vertical type one-component polyurethane waterproof coating exhibited excellent physical properties，low viscosity，sag resistance and can be sprayed. Also the vertical type one-component polyurethane waterproof coating owned dense film without bubbles，fast curing speed under low temperature，excellent storage stability and so on.
