自愈型非自粘弹性体改性沥青防水卷材的研制

    摘要：以石油沥青、SBS弹性体、塑化剂、脂肪盐、多羟基盐、活性剂、特种填料及普通填料等在200~220 ℃搅拌混熔，制成防水卷材涂盖料，涂覆在聚酯胎两面制成防水卷材。性能测试结果表明，防水卷材除具有普通SBS改性沥青防水卷材性能外，还具有自愈性特点，即卷材的细小裂纹在水的作用下一定时间内能自行愈合，卷材再次具有防水抗渗功能。

The development of self-healing non-adhesive elastomer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane

    Abstract：At 200~220 ℃，a variety of ingredients including petroleum asphalt，SBS elastomer，plasticizer，fat salt，polyhydroxy salts，active agent，special packing，ordinary filler is mixed melting，made of membrane coating and coated on both sides of the polyester tire to be waterproofing membrane. The test result shows that waterproofing material not only has the common SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane performance，also has the self-healing characteristics，namely small cracks in the membrane can be self-healing under the action of water within a certain period of time. The membrane has the function of waterproof and permeability again.
