改性环氧灌浆材料的制备与性能研究

    摘要:研究了糠醛丙酮活性稀释体系环氧灌浆材料中糠醛与丙酮的比例,促进剂DMP30用量,固化剂T31用量等对环氧树脂灌浆材料性能的影响。结果表明,当m(糠醛)∶m(丙酮)=110∶50,DMP30用量为6~9 份,T31用量为25份时,灌浆材料的综合力学性能最佳。针对环氧灌浆材料脆性较大的问题,研究并比较了3种增韧剂对灌浆材料的改性效果,采用SEM对断裂面形貌进行了表征,BC增韧剂用量为10~14份时增韧改性效果最佳,灌浆材料的物理力学性能可符合行业标准要求。

Study on preparation and properties of modified epoxy resin grouting material

    Abstract:The influence of different components,including the ratio of furfural to acetone in furfural acetone activity attenuation system epoxy grouting material,the amount of accelerator DMP30 and the amount of curing agent T31,on the properties of epoxy-furfural-acetone grouting material was studied. The results show that optimized mechanical performances were obtained with a furfural acetone ratio of 110∶50,DMP30 amount of 6~9 phr and T31 amount of 25 phr. To improve the greater brittleness of the grouting material,three different toughening agents were studied and the fracture surface morphology of fractured surfaces were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),the results indicated that the best toughening effects were obtained with an addition of 10~14 phr of BC toughening agent. The physical and mechanical properties of the optimized grouting material meet the requirements of industry standards.
