聚合物改性水下修补灌浆料的性能研究

    摘要:研究了羟乙基甲基纤维素醚和可分散乳胶粉对改性灌浆料力学性能的影响。结果表明,掺入纤维素醚可提高灌浆料的保水率,保证水泥基灌浆料的后期水化,但掺量过多时不利于改性灌浆料的抗压及抗折强度发展,推荐掺量为0.2%~0.4%;乳胶粉掺入修补灌浆料后可与水泥硬化浆体形成理想的粘结体系,对灌浆料的抗折和拉伸粘结强度有利,且在一定范围内,乳胶粉与纤维素醚复合掺加比单掺乳胶粉或纤维素醚更有利于改性灌浆料的拉伸粘结强度的提高;而潮湿条件修补材料应优选含憎水基团的8034H可分散乳胶粉,推荐掺量不小于8%。

Research on properties of polymer modified grouting material for underwater repair

    Abstract:The paper studied the effect of hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose ether and redispersible latex powder on modified grouting material. The test results showed that,cellulose ether could enhance the water retention and later hydration of grouting material with the recommended dosage of 0.2%~0.4%,while overmuch content of cellulose is bad for the compressive and flexural strength development of grouting material. The join of latex powder could generate ideal bonding system with hardened cement paste,beneficial to bending and tensile bond strength of grouting material,and the tensile bond strength of double mixing grouting material is better than a single doped mixing of cellulose ether or latex powder within a certain range. The grouting material for damp conditions should be optimized with 8034H redispersible latex powder from hydrophobic groups. The recommended ratio is not less than 8% of the quality of cementing materials.
