采用套筒加压成型装置制备干硬性再生混凝土研

    摘要:干硬性再生混凝土是一种快硬早强的绿色建材,符合建筑产业现代化发展需求。根据试块加压成型需要,在塑料试模基础上设计出一种干硬性混凝土试块套筒加压成型装置。利用该装置完成了再生粗骨料取代率为100%的干硬性再生混凝土制备研究。结果表明,干硬性再生混凝土抗压强度随着成型压力的增大先升高后降低;当水温为(25±3) ℃时,水中养护优于标准养护,可使干硬性再生混凝土抗压强度提高约20%。

Researching dry-hard recycled concrete preparation by sleeve pressure forming device

    Abstract:Dry-hard recycled concrete is a type of rapid hardening green materials with early strength,and it accords with development needs of construction industry modernization. According to pressure forming requirements of test block,a type of dry-hard concrete test block sleeve pressure forming device was designed based on plastic mould. The preparation of dry recycled concrete with 100% recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentage was carried by this device. Results indicate that:the strength of dry-hard recycled concrete first increases and then decreases with the increasing of molding pressure. When the water temperature is(25±3) ℃,water curing is better than standard curing and it can improve the compressive strength of dry recycled concrete by about 20%.
