混凝土防腐蚀防泛碱影响因素的正交试验研究

    摘要:利用正交试验分析了水胶比、硅灰、粉煤灰及矿粉掺量对混凝土硫酸盐腐蚀时抗压强度耐蚀系数Kf和混凝土泛碱物质量m的影响,并考虑了水胶比与3种矿物掺合料掺量的交互作用。结果表明:4种因素对于2个考核指标的主次排序基本相同,即水胶比的影响最大,硅灰次之,水胶比和硅灰的交互作用影响显著;粉煤灰掺量仅对混凝土防泛碱问题影响显著;其余因素及交互作用没有显著性影响。在单掺硅灰的条件下,用抗压强度耐蚀系数的变化研究硅灰与水胶比的交互作用,结果表明,硅灰最佳掺量随水胶比的变化而波动。水胶比在0.33以下时,最佳硅灰掺量在5%以下,当水胶比在0.33~0.43时,最佳硅灰掺量为10%。

Orthogonal experimental study on influencing factors of prevention of concrete corrosion and efflorescence

    Abstract:The effects of water-binder ratio(W/B),the content of silica fume,fly ash and slag on the corrosion resistant coefficient for concrete compressive strength "Kf" and the quality of concrete efflorescence "m" were discussed based on the orthogonal experiment,and the interaction between W/B and three kinds of mineral admixture was taken into account. The results show that the influence degree order for the two test indexes is basically same:the most important influential factor is W/B,followed by the content of silica fume,and the interaction between W/B and content of silica fume has significant effects;fly ash replacement has significant effects on the problems of efflorescence;while other factors and interactions have not obvious affection. Under separate addition of silica fume conditions,the change of "Kf" was used for the investigation of the interaction between W/B and the quality of silica fume. It is shown that the optimum content of silica fume fluctuates with the change of water binder ratio. When the water binder ratio was below 0.33,the best silica fume content was below 5%,while when the water binder ratio was 0.33~0.43,the best content of silica fume was 10%.
