聚羧酸减水剂先加消泡剂后加引气剂的复配工艺

    摘要:采用先加消泡剂、再加引气剂的“先消后引”工艺将消泡剂、引气剂与聚羧酸减水剂复配,研究了该复配减水剂在水溶液中的起泡性能及其在混凝土中的应用性能。结果显示,与未复配减水剂相比,“先消后引”工艺可以明显细化减水剂水溶液的气泡尺寸,并使气泡更加均匀,掺该复配聚羧酸减水剂的混凝土流动性和后期强度略有提高,而外观性能大幅度改善,孔径为1~2 mm的大孔数量明显减少,并基本消除了孔径大于2 mm的超大气孔。

Effect of compound technique of polycarbonate superplasticizer(PCE) added air entraining after antifoaming agent on the surface of concrete

    Abstract:The air entraining after defoaming technique,which means the antifoaming agent was firstly added into the polycarbonate superplasticizer(PCE) and the air entraining was secondly added into PCE,was used for modification of PCE. The foaming performance in the water solution and the application performance of PCE in concrete were investigated. The results show that compared with original PCE,the air entraining after antifoaming technique can significantly refine the bubble of PCE and can make the bubble distributed more uniform. Meanwhile,it slightly increased the mobility and the long-term strength of concrete with modified PCE. Especially,the concrete with modified PCE presented improved appearance,the amount of pores size from 1~2 mm reduced,and the large pore diameter greater than 2 mm almost disappeared.
