渗透型混凝土硅烷防护膏的制备及对混凝土性能

    摘要:采用辛基三乙氧基硅烷等活性成分和助剂经乳化制备渗透型混凝土硅烷防护膏。通过测试混凝土试件的质量和力学性能变化,研究了硅烷防护膏对混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀能力和抗冻融破坏性能的影响。结果表明,硅烷防护膏能够显著减少氯离子对混凝土的侵蚀,在10%NaCl溶液中浸泡48 h后,涂覆硅烷防护膏的混凝土表面0~5 mm内的平均氯离子含量降低率大于94%;冻融循环后,硅烷防护膏浸渍试件的质量损失率小于1%,相对动弹性模量大于80%,抗压强度损失率小于5%,硅烷防护膏对混凝土抗冻性能影响显著。

Study on preparation of silane protective paste and its effect upon property of concrete

    Abstract:The permeable concrete silane protective paste was prepared by octyl-triethoxy silane and other active ingredients and additives emulsion. The chloride resistance and freeze-thaw resistance of permeable concrete silane protective paste were investigated by changes of the mass and mechanical properties of the concrete sample. The results show that the silane protective paste can significantly reduce the erosion of chloride ions on concrete,the average chloride ion concentration reduced by more than 94% in the 0~5 mm range of concrete surface coated with silane protection when concrete specimen were soaked in 10% NaCl solution for 48 h. After freeze-thaw cycle,the mass loss rate was less than 1%,the relative dynamic elastic modulus was greater than 80%,the compressive strength loss rate was less than 5%,the influence of silane protective paste on the frost-resisting property is obvious.
