不同分子结构降粘型聚羧酸超塑化剂的制备与表

    摘要:选用常规聚醚TPEG、APEG和降粘型聚醚XPEG作为反应大单体,采用常温自由基溶液聚合反应制备系列聚羧酸超塑化剂,通过IR、1H-NMR和GPC等进行化学结构表征,以倒坍落度筒振空时间初步评价样品的降粘性能,并采用表面张力仪、V型漏斗和L型箱等进行进一步测试,结合实验数据对降粘机理进行分析。设计合成的降粘型聚羧酸超塑化剂样品B2和C2具有较好的降粘效果。

The preparation and characterization of different molecular structure of high-velocity-typed polycarboxylate superplasticizer

    Abstract:The polycarboxylate superplasticizers are prepared by free radical solution polymerization,while use TPEG,APEG and XPEG as the reaction macromonomers. The synthetic polymers are characterized chemical structure by IR,1H-NMR and GPC,evaluated the  ability of reducing concrete viscosity by collapsed down of slump cone vibration empty time,surface tension,V-typed hopper test and L-typed box test. It is also analyzed the mechanism of viscosity by combined with the experimental data. The design of synthetic samples B2 and C2 have better effects on the performance of concrete viscosity reduction.
