微波脱硫裂解废旧轮胎橡胶粉复合改性沥青

    摘要:通过对废橡胶粉在微波与RMM再生剂的作用下的脱硫裂解,得到相对分子质量为3000~6000的橡胶粉,制备改性沥青。此橡胶粉可部分取代改性沥青中的SBS,同时用适量的聚乙烯蜡和妥尔油助剂等来提升橡胶粉改性沥青的高低温稳定性,提高施工性能和热存储稳定性。

Study on microwave desulfurization cracking waste tire rubber compound modified asphalt

    Abstract:A modified asphalt is prepared by rubber with relative molecular weight between 3000~6000 by desulfurizing and cracking the wasted rubber powder under microwave process and RMM regenerating. This rubber powder can partly replace the SBS in the modified asphalt,at the same time,with the appropriate amount of polyethylene wax and oil additives to improve the rubber powder modified asphalt temperature stability and improve the construction performance and thermal storage stability.
