低温条件下复合矿物掺合料火山灰效应试验研究

    摘要:通过对不同温度下矿物掺合料水泥砂浆的力学性能进行了试验研究,利用火山灰效应比强度分析法,分析了10 ℃下不同龄期复合矿物掺合料砂浆试件的火山灰效应发展趋势。结果表明,加入复合矿物掺合料提高了砂浆的强度,低温影响了矿物掺合料火山灰效应的发挥,10 ℃下矿物掺合料火山灰效应低于20 ℃,同温度下复合矿物掺合料火山灰效应随龄期变化趋势基本一致,10 ℃下提高硅灰掺量可以更好地发挥复合矿物掺合料的火山灰效应。

Experimental study on pozzolanic effect of compound mineral admixture at low temperature

    Abstract:The mechanical properties of mineral admixtures at different temperatures were studied by using the pozzolanic ratio strength analysis method,and the evolution trend of pozzolanic effect of mineral admixtures at different ages under 10 ℃ was analyzed. The results show that the addition of composite mineral admixture enhances the strength of mortar,and low temperature affects the volcanic effect of mineral admixture. The volcanic ash effect of mineral admixture at 10 ℃ is lower than 20 ℃,and the volcanic ash effect of composite mineral admixture at the same temperature with the age trend is basically the same. At 10 ℃,improving the silica fume content can better play volcanic ash effect of the complex mineral admixture.
