面层自流平砂浆的耐磨性能研究

    摘要:研究了胶粉、酒石酸缓凝剂、胶凝材料、骨料级配和硬化剂对铝酸盐水泥基自流平砂浆耐磨性的影响,分析了砂浆耐磨性与流动度和强度的相关性。结果表明:胶粉可提高自流平砂浆的耐磨性,主要通过提高砂浆的稳定性和柔性来实现。酒石酸缓凝剂会增加砂浆的离析沉降程度,从而导致耐磨性降低。在以铝酸盐水泥为主的三元体系自流平砂浆中,适量增加石膏和硅酸盐水泥掺量均有利于提高耐磨性;降低胶凝材料用量,砂浆耐磨性降低。当40~70目砂和70~140目砂用量各为20%时,自流平砂浆的耐磨性最好。在自流平砂浆表面涂刷硬化剂,可提高表层的密实度和耐磨性,硬化剂涂刷量达到饱和用量,耐磨性提高不大。

Study on abrasion resistance of overlayment of self-leveling mortar

    Abstract:The influence of latex powder,tartaric acid,cementitious materials,aggregate grading and curing agent on abrasion resistance of calcium aluminate cement-based self-leveling mortars(SLM) have been studied,and relativities between abrasion resistance and flow value,strength were analyzed as well. Results show that latex powder may enhance the wear resistance of SLM by improving its stability and flexibility. Tartaric acid may increase the mortars segregation settling extent,which will lead to decreasing of abrasion resistance. For calcium aluminate cement-based ternary system self-leveling mortars,increasing content of ordinary Portland cement and calcium sulfate moderately are propitious to wear resistance. Besides,the decreasing content of cementitious materials cause degradation of abrasion performance. Mortars with 20% 40~70 mesh sand and 20% 70~140 mesh sand present the superior abrasion resistance. By brushing curing agent,mortars surface exhibit a significant increasing in density and abrasion resistance. When curing agent reaches the saturation dosage,the improvement of abrasion resistance is not obvious.
