轻钢龙骨煤矸石混凝土内墙板吊挂力试验研究

    摘要:轻钢龙骨墙板是钢结构住宅的新型墙板体系,为对其吊挂力试验进行研究,以煤矸石为主要原料,根据墙板厚度,有无铺设网格布,共设计了6种类型的墙板,在分级加载的过程中,观察了6种墙板的变化并测量出吊挂件产生的位移。结果表明:6种类型的墙板均符合GB/T 30100—2013的要求。在此基础上,通过对比试验研究,发现了有利于墙板吊挂的条件,使该墙板具有很高的推广前景与实际工程的应用价值。

Experimental study on hanging force of internal wallboard with light steel keel coal gangue concrete

    Abstract:Light steel keel wallboard is a new type of wall steel structure residential housing system,to study its hanging force test,6 types of wallboard were designed using coal gangue as main raw material,in accordance with the wall thickness,with or without laying mesh fabric. In the process of step loading,observed the changes of the 6 kinds of wall wallboard and measured the displacement of the hanger. The results show that the 6 types of wallboard meet the requirements of GB/T 30100—2013. On the basis of this,further make a comparative test and find the condition which conducive to the wallboard hanging,the wallboard has very high promotion prospects and application value of practical engineering.
