秸秆混凝土保温性能试验研究

    摘要:以菱镁水泥和秸秆为原料制备墙体保温材料,采用正交试验分析秸秆掺量、胶凝材料配比和砂掺量3个因素对秸秆混凝土保温性能的影响。然后,通过单因素试验研究干密度对秸秆混凝土材料导热系数的影响。结果表明,秸秆混凝土的导热系数随着秸秆掺量的增加先减小后增大,干密度随m(氧化镁)∶m(氯化镁溶液)的增大而增大,导热系数随干密度的增大而增大。

Experimental study on thermal insulation performance of straw concrete

    Abstract:The wall thermal insulation material is made by magnesite cement and straw. Considering the three influences of straw dosage,cementitious materials ratio and sand dosage,the thermal insulation property is analyzed by orthogonal test. Then the effect of dry density on thermal conductivity of straw concrete materials is studied by single factor experiment. The results indicate that the material thermal conductivity decreases first and then increases with the increase of straw dosage;The dry density of the material increases with the increase of the cementitious materials ratio[m(magnesium oxide)∶m(magnesium chloride)]. Meanwhile,its thermal conductivity increases with the increase of dry density.
