利用工业废渣制备透水路面砖的研究及其应用

    摘要:以冶金工业中的废弃物高炉重矿渣为骨料,水泥、矿粉为主要胶凝材料,研制了重矿渣透水路面砖。分析了影响透水砖产品性能的主要影响因素,并利用正交试验方法优选了透水砖的配方和工艺参数。结果表明,胶材用量390 kg/m3、水灰比0.38、配重块质量770 kg/m3、振动时间15 s为最佳工艺参数,制备的透水砖劈裂抗拉强度为3.8 MPa,透水系数为14.1×10-2 cm/s,符合GB/T 25993—2010《透水路面砖和透水路面板》标准要求,在此基础上调整优化并完成产业化生产,在武汉海绵城市建设样板试验段中得到良好应用。

Study on porous pavement brick prepared by industrial waste residue and its application

    Abstract:The blast furnace slag-based permeable brick was prepared by taking cement and slag as main binding material,granulated blast furnace waste slag in metallurgical industry as aggregate. The paper analyses the main influence factor to properties of permeable brick,and used orthogonal method to find reasonable formulation and process parameters. The results showed that 390 kg/m3 cementitious material,0.38 W/B,770 kg/m3 setting weight and 15 s vibration time are optimum technological parameters. Its splitting tensile strength is 3.8 MPa,and the pervious coefficient is 14.1×10-2 cm/s,which satisfied the requirement stipulated in standard GB/T 25993—2010 "Permeable paving bricks and permeable paving flags",and has been well applied to the sponge city project in Wuhan.
