地质聚合物界面剂对新老混凝土粘结强度影响研

    摘要:采用地质聚合物水泥浆界面剂,研究了不同种类水泥的初凝老混凝土与新混凝土7 d与28 d粘结劈拉强度的变化规律。结果表明,混凝土粘结劈拉强度随着地质聚合物掺量的增加呈现先小幅减小后增大的趋势;普通硅酸盐水泥7 d与28 d粘结劈拉强度相对值大致相当,矿渣硅酸盐水泥28 d相对值则小于7 d相对值,复合硅酸盐水泥28 d相对值有大于7 d相对值的趋势;地质聚合物水泥浆界面剂对普通硅酸盐水泥的增强效果最好,对矿渣水泥与复合水泥增强效果大致相当;与同水胶比水泥净浆界面剂相比,在地质聚合物掺量较小时其粘结劈拉强度小于水泥净浆界面剂,随着地质聚合物掺量的增大逐渐超过水泥净浆界面剂。

Study on the influence of geopolymer interface agent on bond strength of old and new-to-old concrete

    Abstract:The change law of the split strength of 7 d and 28 d in different kinds of cement initial set old concrete-to-new concrete is studied which used geopolymer interface agent. It is found that the split strength of concrete is decreased slightly and then increased with the increase of the content of the geopolymer interface agent. The relative value of 7 d and 28 d bonding split strength of ordinary Portland cement is roughly equivalent,the relative value of 28 d is less than 7 d for Portland blast furnace slag cement. The relative value of 28 d is larger than 7 d for composite Portland cement. The reinforcing effect of geopolymer interface agent is the best for ordinary Portland cement. The effect of slag Portland cement and composite Portland cement is roughly equal. Compared with the cement paste interface agent with the same water cement ratio,the bonding split strength with the small amount of the geopolymer interface agent is smaller than the cement paste,and with the increase of the content of the geopolymer,the bonding split strength gradually over the cement paste interface agent.
