基于生土材料微细观结构性能的加固关键技术研

    摘要:西北地区赋存的生土建筑与遗址病害严重,急需进行加固。从微细观的角度深入认识土体加固时内部的胶结质量和强度问题,对构成嘉峪关关城及哈密烽燧的土样从不同土体结构层次上分析了土块的工程性质及土体微粒的组成和微细结构性能,探索了生土材料的强度失效机理。在此基础上,提出利用纳米SiO2溶液及与其配合使用的无机粉状复合加固剂加固生土建筑的技术。并通过现场试验确定加固土体的工艺措施及相关材料性能指标要求,使得从材料设计到加固措施实施等问题得以相对规范化。

Research on key techniques of reinforcing microscopic structure and property based on raw soil

    Abstract:Occurrence of raw soil buildings and sites in northwest China is seriously ill and needs to be strengthened urgently.In this Research,the cement quality and strength of the soil during the consolidation of the soil are researched from the microscopic view. The engineering properties of the clods and the composition and microstructure of soil particles are analyzed from the different soil structure levels in Jiayuguan great wall and Hami beacon,and the strength failure mechanism is explored. On this basis,a new technique of using nano-SiO2 solution and inorganic powdery composite strengthening agent to reinforce the raw soil construction is provided. And through the field tests to determine the process measures of reinforcing the soil and related material performance requirements,making the material design and the implementation of reinforcement measures to be relatively standardized.
