BET/XRD半定量测试水化硅酸钙含量研究

    摘要:为定量评价水化硅酸钙晶体和胶体的含量对水热合成硅酸盐材料性能的影响,通过XRD和BET分析,对水化硅酸钙晶体和胶体进行了半定量测试。结果表明,通过建立水化硅酸钙胶体含量与BET吸附比表面积的关系,并根据XRD图谱计算水化硅酸钙结晶度,得到的水化硅酸钙晶体和胶体含量计算值与标样实际值之间的相对误差小于8%。利用BET/XRD半定量测试水化硅酸钙晶体和胶体含量的方法简便、可靠,精度较高。

Semi-quantitative study on hydrated calcium silicate by BET/XRD

    Abstract:In order to quantitatively evaluate the effect of constitute of hydrated calcium silicate crystal and gel on properties of hydrothermal synthesized silicate materials,tobermorite crystal and C-S-H gel were semi quantified through XRD and BET analyzing. It is indicated that quantity of C-S-H gel is linear function of BET specific area,and crystallinity of hydratied calcium silicate can be calculated according to XRD spectra. Relative error between calculation value and actual value is smaller than 8%. It is a convenient and reliable BET/XRD semi-quantitative method with higher precision for hydrated calcium silicate crystal and gel.
