利用植物秸秆制备轻质填充材料的试验研究

    摘要:采用化学发泡工艺制备轻质植物秸秆增强发泡水泥/石膏,作为复合墙板芯层或孔洞的填充材料。研究表明,采用硫铝水泥并掺加0.30%的速凝剂和0.20%~0.35%稳泡剂,可保证植物秸秆增强发泡水泥发泡效果良好。制备植物秸秆增强发泡石膏时,可采用掺加0.29%缓凝剂来延缓浆体硬化速率和掺加0.11%~0.25%高锰酸钾来提高发泡速率的双重措施保证发泡效果良好。综合考虑秸秆利用率、浆体流动性、秸秆增强发泡水泥/石膏的强度以及热工性能,秸秆增强发泡水泥/石膏的适宜密度为250 kg/m3,秸秆适宜体积掺量为50%~60%。制备的秸秆增强发泡水泥/石膏导热系数小于0.060 W/(m·K)。

Experimental research on lightweight filler materials prepared by plant straw

    Abstract:Plant straw enhanced foamed cement/gypsum was prepared by chemical foaming process as the core layer or filler materials in composite wallboard holes. The results show that plant straw enhanced foamed cement can be prepared by sulphate
aluminum cement,and foaming effect can be guaranteed by adding 0.30% accelerating agent and 0.20%~0.35% foam stabilizer. The foaming effect of plant straw enhanced foamed gypsum can be guaranteed by adding 0.29% retarder to slow hardening rate and adding 0.11%~0.25% potassium permanganate to improve foaming rate. Considering the utilization of straw,slurry flowability,the strength and the thermal performance of the straw enhanced foamed cement/gypsum,the appropriate density of the straw enhanced foamed cement/gypsum is 250 kg/m3,and the appropriate straw volume content is 50%~60%. On this condition,the coefficient of thermal conductivity of straw enhanced foam cement/gypsum is less than 0.060 W/(m·K).
