夏热冬暖地区用于外墙粘贴瓷砖的改性玻化微珠

     摘要：针对同时满足夏热冬暖地区墙体节能要求和外墙粘贴瓷砖强度要求，研究了玻化微珠表面改性及砂浆配合比优化对玻化微珠保温砂浆性能的影响。结果表明，与原状玻化微珠相比，在保证砂浆稠度相同时，使用胶乳改性玻化微珠制备的保温砂浆效果最佳，其用水量下降了24%，干密度下降了11.5%，比强度提高了16%；玻化微珠体积用量为56%~65%，胶凝材料用量为165~225 g/L玻化微珠时，保温砂浆抗压强度可达2.5 MPa以上，导热系数小于0.1 W/（m·K），可达到夏热冬暖地区墙体节能及外墙粘贴瓷砖的要求。

The preparation and properties of modified vitrified beads thermal insulation mortar for exterior wall sticking tile in hot summer and warm winter zone

    Abstract：In order to meet the requirements of energy-saving and sticking tile for exterior wall in hot summer and warm winter zone，the effect of vitrified beads surface modification and mortar mix optimization on the properties of vitrified beads thermal insulation mortar was studied. Results show that，compared with the original vitrified beads，at the same consistency of mortar，the thermal insulation mortar prepared by latex modified vitrified beads is best，its water consumption decreases by 24%，dry density decreases by 11.5% and specific strength increases by 16%；when vitrified beads volume consumption is 56%~65% and the amount of cementitious materials is 165~225 g/L vitrified beads，the compressive strength of thermal insulation mortar can reach above 2.5 MPa，the coefficient of thermal conductivity is less than 0.1 W/（m·K）. It can achieve the requirements of energy-saving and sticking tile for exterior wall in hot summer and warm winter zone.
