岩棉板薄抹灰外保温系统承载力安全性试验研究

    摘要:岩棉板薄抹灰外保温系统由于承载力不足造成的质量问题是工程建设常见的质量隐患。通过建立岩棉板薄抹灰外保温系统承载力试验分析模型,对不同构造类型的系统承载力、粘锚连接特性、典型墙材锚栓承载力等进行试验和数据分析。试验模型结果表明,锚栓穿过1层玻纤网的岩棉板薄抹灰双网构造系统整体强度较高;粘接对系统强度的贡献作用较大,建议有效粘接率不低于40%;在试验工况中,混凝土基墙锚栓数量为8个/m2时,单个锚栓的抗拉承载力最高;锚栓在混凝土、粉煤灰砖等实心基墙的锚栓抗拉承载力优于空心(多孔)墙体基材。

Experimental study on rock wool board thin plastering external wall thermal insulation system'sbearing capacity safety

    Abstract:Inadequate bearing capacity of the rock wool board thin plastering external wall thermal insulation system is a common risk to construction engineering. This article firstly establishes an experimental model related to the rock wool board external wall thermal insulation system's bearing capacity and then proceeds to analyze the bearing capacity of different systems,the connection properties of binding and anchoring,and bearing capacity of the anchor bolt in typical wall materials. The test result based on the model reveals that the rock wool board thin plastering double-mesh system with the anchor bolt going through a fiberglass mesh has relatively greater strength;the binding contributes more to the system's overall strength than anchoring. So it is suggested that the binding rate should be no lower than 40%. The experiment indicates when there are 8 anchor bolts per square meter in the concrete foundation wall,each of the anchor bolts shows the greatest tensile bearing capacity;and the anchor bolt shows greater tensile bearing capacity in solid walls built of concrete or fly ash bricks than in hollow/porous walls.
