膨胀珍珠岩/SiO2气凝胶复合保温材料制备研究

       摘要:以正硅酸乙酯为硅源制备SiO2气凝胶溶胶,通过真空吸附法将溶胶吸附到膨胀珍珠岩内部孔隙中,再凝胶老化。常压干燥制备膨胀珍珠岩/SiO2气凝胶复合保温材料。研究了凝胶时间的影响因素,膨胀珍珠岩粒径对复合材料性能的影响,并通过SEM、FT-IR对样品的微观形貌和结构进行了表征。实验结果表明,膨胀珍珠岩吸附SiO2气凝胶后导热系数由0.050 W/(m·K)降低到0.038 W/(m·K)。

Study on preparation of expanded perlite/SiO2 aerogel sol composite insulation material

      Abstract:SiO2 aerogel sol was prepared with ethyl silicate as silicon source. The sol was adsorbed into the internal pore within expanded perlite by vacuum adsorption method,then aged. Expansion perlite/SiO2 aerogel composite insulation material was obtained after dried in normal pressure. Influence factors on the gelation time were investigated,and the influence of expansion perlite size on the composite insulation material was also investigated. Micromorphology and structure properties of the obtained composite insulation material were analyzed by SEM and FT-IR,respectively. The results indicated the thermal conductivity coefficient of expanded perlite decreased from 0.050 W/(m·K) to 0.038 W/(m·K) after adsorption of SiO2 aerogel.
