热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材尺寸稳定性测试方法研究

    摘要：围绕热塑性聚烯烃（TPO）防水卷材尺寸稳定性问题，从实验方法研究的角度，首先对比了ASTM D6878—11a和GB 27789—2011标准中制品尺寸变化率测试方法；其次，研究了测试设备、裁样方式、测试标记点选取、试件尺寸、试验条件（温度、热处理试件）等对实验结果的影响。结果表明，合适处理热处理尺寸变化率测试中的实验参数对获得准确的实验结果具有重要作用。

Study on testing method of dimensional stability of thermoplastic polyolefin （TPO）

　　Abstract：Linear dimensional stabilityis one of the key properties for TPO waterproofing material. Firstly，comparing the testing method for TPO linear dimensional stability between ASTM D6878—11a and GB 27789—2011. Secondly，the effects of test instruments, specimen cutting sample，test selection markers，specimen size，and test conditions（such as temperature，heat treated specimens） on testing results of TPO dimensional stability were studied. Results show that these parameters should be carefully detailed to obtain an usefulexperiment result.
