矿渣棉纤维混凝土力学性能的实验研究

      摘要:研究了单掺矿渣棉纤维及复掺粉煤灰对混凝土力学性能的影响规律。实验结果表明:当矿渣棉纤维掺量为0.25%、0.50%时,纤维混凝土的抗压、抗折强度接近或略低于空白试样,力学性能改善不明显;当纤维掺量为1.00%、2.00%时,纤维混凝土的28 d抗压强度较基准混凝土分别提高0.31%、7.27%,28 d抗折强度分别提高10.37%、17.42%,28 d折压比分别提高了10.25%、9.74%,此时矿渣棉纤维能够改善混凝土的力学性能,降低混凝土的脆性;同时,复掺粉煤灰后纤维混凝土的力学性能有大幅提高,但长期效果有待进一步研究。

Mechanical properties study on slag wool fiber reinforced concrete

      Abstract:Experimental studies were carried out to explore the influence of slag wool fiber alone and the composites with fly ash and slag wool fiber on the mechanical properties of concrete. The results indicate that the addition of 0.25%,0.50% slag wool fiber significantly shows no obvious increase for compressive strength and flexural strength. Compared with the plain concrete,the addition of 1.00%,2.00% improve the 28 d compressive strength and flexural strength,which increased by 0.31%,7.27% and 10.37%,17.42% respectively,and the ratio of bending-compressive strength of concrete reinforced with slag wool fiber reach up to 10.25%,9.74%. Slag wool fiber can improve the mechanical properties of concrete and enhance toughness of concrete. Meanwhile,the mechanical properties of the fiber mixed with fly ash are greatly improved,and the long-term effect needs to be further studied.
