高缓凝低脆性环氧建筑结构胶的研究

    摘要:选用E-51环氧树脂为粘结主剂,高活性固化剂T-31与低活性增韧型固化剂聚酰胺树脂(PA)为复合固化剂,水泥、SiO2及石棉纤维为增稠及增强填料,制备了夏季高温条件下高缓凝、低脆性的环氧建筑结构胶粘剂。结果表明:当m(E-51环氧树脂)∶m(PA固化剂)∶m(T-31固化剂)∶m(偶联剂)∶m(水泥)∶m(SiO2)∶m(石棉纤维)=100∶40∶15∶3∶100∶100∶20时,制备的胶粘剂性能最佳。适用期为75~90 min,胶层厚度≥3 mm时,无流淌;1 d抗压强度为50 MPa,14 d抗压强度为90 MPa;14 d抗拉强度为31 MPa;14 d粘结剪切强度为15 MPa;与混凝土界面粘结正拉强度为5.5 MPa,界面破坏形式为混凝土内聚破坏,符合GB 50728—2011《工程结构加固材料安全性鉴定技术规范》对建筑结构胶粘剂的性能要求。

Research on high retarding and low brittleness epoxy building structural adhesive

     Abstract:E-51 epoxy resin,polyamide resin(PA),T-31 curing agents,cement,SiO2 and asbestos fiber were chosen to prepare high retarding and low brittleness epoxy building structural adhesive used in summer high temperature. Results showed that the adhesive acquired its best properties when the mass ratio of E-51 epoxy resin,PA curing agent,T-31 curing agent,coupling agents,cement,SiO2 and asbestos fiber was 100∶40∶15∶3∶100∶100∶20. The working time is 75~90 min and no sagging phenomenon appeared when the adhesive layer is 3 mm in thickness,the compressive strength of 1d and 14 d is 50 MPa and 90 MPa respectively,the 14 d tensile strength is 31 MPa,the 14 d bonding shear strength is 15 MPa,and the bonding strength to concrete is 5.5 MPa,the failure mode was concrete cohesion failure. The prepared adhesive completely meets the properties requirements of the building structural adhesive specified in standard GB 50728—2011 "Technical code for safety appraisal of engineering structural strengthening materials".
