以蔗糖及对氨基苯磺酸为原料高效减水剂的合成

       摘要:为开发绿色、经济、缓凝型高效减水剂,研究在酸性条件下,以蔗糖、对氨基苯磺酸为原料,通过工艺优化成功制备了一种新型绿色、缓凝型高效减水剂,并分别测试了水泥对减水剂的吸附量和水泥颗粒表面电位。同时,通过结构表征和性能分析表明:减水剂分子中含有氨基、羟基、磺酸基、苯环、醚键等官能团;当减水剂折固掺量为0.5%时,水泥净浆流动度为265.5 mm;当固体掺量为0.5%、0.7%和0.9%时,砂浆减水率分别达16.8%、21.5%和23.9%;水泥砂浆的抗压强度随减水剂掺量增加,3、7、28 d砂浆抗压强度呈先升高后降低,且掺量大于0.7%时出现假凝现象。该工艺绿色环保,成本低,产品使用安全且性能优异。

Synthesis of superplasticizer with sucrose and p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid

   Abstract:In order to develop a new environment-protected,economic and retarding superplasticizer,sucrose and p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid were used to prepare green set-retarding superplasticizer in acidic conditions,and the adsorption amount of superplasticizer on cement and the zeta potential on the surface of each cement particle was determined respectively. Moreover,the structure characterization and performance of superplasticizer were investigated,the results showed that the green set-retarding superplasticizer contained amino,hydroxyl,sulfonic acid,benzene,ether,and so on. The fluidity of cement paste could attain as high as 265.5 mm when superplasticizer amount was 0.5% of cement weight,and when added 0.5%,0.7% and 0.9%,water-reducing ratio was 16.8%,21.5% and 23.9% respectively. In addition,the compressive strength of mortar was increased first and then decreased after curing for 3 d,7 d and 28 d,and false condensate occurred when the content was greater than 0.7%. The process has advantages of green and environmental protection and low cost,and moreover,the product is safe in use and has excellent properties.
