丙烯酸用量对聚羧酸减水剂结构和性能的影响

        摘要:以异丁烯醇聚氧乙烯醚和丙烯酸作为主要原材料,通过调整丙烯酸的用量,合成系列聚羧酸减水剂,通过GPC、高效液相色谱等考察了丙烯酸用量对聚羧酸减水剂分子质量及其分布、聚合物收率、丙烯酸转化率的影响,并通过净浆和混凝土测试了不同丙烯酸用量合成聚羧酸减水剂的分散性能。

The influence of the amount of acrylic acid on the structure and properties of polycarboxylate superplasticizer

  Abstract:Using isobutyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and acrylic acid as the main raw materials,by adjusting the amount of acrylic acid,synthesized a series of polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The influence of the amount of acrylic acid on the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer,the polymer yield,the conversion rate of acrylic acid was tested by using gel permeation chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. And the dispersing properties of the polycarboxylate superplasticizers synthesized out by using different amount of acrylic acid were tested through the paste and concrete.
