基于沥青废料复合改性的新型磷石膏水泥缓凝剂

    摘要:循环利用沥青工业废料对磷石膏进行复合改性,以用作新型低成本水泥缓凝剂。主要探索改性处理工艺对水泥凝结时间的影响规律,结果表明:改性磷石膏水泥的初凝时间为250 min,终凝时间为295 min,改性处理可有效缩短磷石膏水泥凝结时间,可望替代价格较高的传统天然石膏水泥缓凝剂,并在水泥工业中推广应用。

Research on the novel phosphogypsum cement retarder based on the asphalt waste composite modifier

    Abstract:The industrial asphalt waste is employed to modify the property of phosphor-gypsum using as the novel and low-cost cement retarder. The influence of modified treatment technology on the cement setting time is mainly explored in this work. The experimental results indicate that initial setting time of modified phosphogypsum cement is 250 min,and the final setting time is 295 min. The treatment could effectively reduce the cement setting time,which is promising to substitute the traditional nature gypsum cement retarder and applied in the cement industry.
