生土基抹面材料改性试验研究

     摘要:通过对比聚合物乳液、PP纤维、稻秸秆纤维对水泥矿渣改性生土基抹面材料抗压强度、拉伸粘结强度的影响,研究了生土基抹面材料改性方法及外掺料合理掺量。结果表明:随聚合物乳液掺量增加,抹面材料粘结强度基本呈现线性增长趋势,抗压强度略微降低后保持不变,适宜掺量为0.9%;掺加PP纤维能够明显改善抹面材料拉伸粘结强度,对抗压强度的影响则存在较大的离散性,适宜掺量为0.3%;稻秸秆纤维能提高抹面材料拉伸粘结强度,适宜掺量为0.3%。

Modified testing study of plastering materials

     Abstract:By comparing the effect of the polymer latex,PP fiber,rice straw fiber on the compressive strength and tensile adhesive strength of plastering materials modified by cement and slag,study on the modification method and doped material reasonable dosage of plaster materials. The results show that with the increase of the dosage of polymer latex,tensile adhesive strength of plastering materials showed linear growth trend,compressive strength is slightly lower and kept unchanged then,suitable dosage of polymer latex is 0.9%. Adding PP fiber can significantly improve the tensile adhesive strength of plastering material,influence on the compressive strength is large discreteness and suitable dosage of PP fiber is 0.3%. Rice straw fiber can improve the tensile adhesive strength of plaster materials and the suitable dosage is 0.3%.
