杂散电流与氯盐耦合作用对钢筋混凝土耐久性的

    摘要:地铁工程钢筋混凝土常处于杂散电流与氯盐共存的腐蚀环境中,二者均对钢筋混凝土耐久性劣化有促进作 用。主要研究了氯盐、杂散电流以及二者耦合作用下钢筋混凝土的腐蚀规律,确定了不同配比下的混凝土电阻率、电通量以及氯离子扩散深度的对应关系。试验结果表明,硅灰、聚丙烯纤维的掺入及宏观水胶比的调整都可明显提高钢筋混凝土的抗腐蚀性,此技术合理应用到地铁工程中可有效延长钢筋混凝土的使用寿命,减少维修养护成本。

Study on the influence of coupling action of stray current and chloride solution
on reinforced concrete

   Abstract:The degradation concrete of subway project usually is in stray currents and chloride ion coexisted corrosion environment,both of which promote the durability of reinforced concrete. In this paper,the corrosive regularity of reinforced concrete were investigated under the action of chloride ion,stray current and the coupling of stray current and chloride solution. The relationship of resistivity,electric flux and chloride ion diffusion depth with different proportioning concrete were determined. The results show that the corrosion resistance of reinforced concrete were obviously improved due to the mix of silica fume,the addition of fiber,and the adjustment of water-cement ratio. This technology were applied to subway project,which can effectively extend the service life of reinforced concrete and reduce the maintenance cost.
