基于磷矿尾矿的自保温砌块导热系数模型研究

    摘要:通过物理发泡将泡沫与磷矿尾矿水泥浆体均匀混合,制备不同密度等级的多孔自保温砌块,对砌块的气孔率及导热系数进行测试。以串联、并联模型为基础,建立了基于串-并联模型的多孔自保温砌块导热系数计算模型。结果显示,得到的拟合计算公式能够准确计算砌块的导热系数,可用于磷矿尾矿自保温砌块配比的设计。

Study on thermal conductivity model of self-insulation block with phosphate tailings

    Abtract:The porous self-insulation block with different density grades was prepared by mixing the foam with the composite of the phosphate tailings and cement slurry by physical foaming,and the porosity and thermal conductivity of the block were tested. A thermal conductivity calculation model of porous self-insulation block was established based on the series-parallel model through analyzing on series model and parallel model. The results show that the formula can accurately calculate the thermal conductivity coefficient of the porous self-insulation block and be used in the ratio design of the self-insulation block with phosphate tailings.
