新型泡沫混凝土发泡剂的制备与研究

    摘要:以碳酸氢钾和稀盐酸为发泡组分,聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酰胺和十二醇为稳泡组分,制备了以CO2为发泡气体的新型泡沫混凝土发泡剂,并研究了3种稳泡组分对发泡剂发泡性能的影响。结果表明,3种稳泡组分对该发泡剂的性能均有不同程度的改善,并通过对比分析得到了发泡剂的最优配合比,此时发泡剂的发泡倍数为29倍,1 h沉降距17 mm,1 h泌水率22%。

Preparation and research of a novel foamed concrete foaming agent

   Abstract:A novel foamed concrete foaming agent with CO2 as foaming gas was prepared by using sodium bicarbonate and dilute hydrochloric acid as foaming components,polyvinyl alcohol,polyacrylamide and dodecanol as foam stabilizing components. The effect of three kinds of foam stabilizers on foaming properties was explored. The results showed that the three foam stabilizing components all improved the properties of the foaming agent to some extent and obtained the optimal blending ratio of the foaming agent. At this time,the foaming agent foaming multiple was 29 times,distance and 1 h bleeding rate was 17 mm and 22%.
