快凝早强型无机复合修复剂的开发研究

    摘要:基于无机结晶型防水材料的原理,通过正交试验,考虑抗渗压力、抗压强度和粘结强度,开发出一种快凝早强型无机复合修复剂。结果表明,各因素中起核心抗渗作用的是活性剂,其合适掺量为1.5%,其它因素掺量依次为:碳酸钙4%、硫铝酸盐水泥40%、普通硅酸盐水泥35%、不掺氢氧化钙。涂覆按最优配比制备的无机复合修复剂的试样,其抗渗压力可以达到1.5 MPa,7 d抗压强度达到45 MPa以上,增强效果明显。无机复合修复剂水化生成纤维状的水化硅酸钙C-S-H结晶,将试件内部孔隙堵塞,从而实现防水和增强效果。

Development and research of inorganic composite repairing agent with fast curing and early strength feature

  Abstract:Facing cracking problems of cement-based materials,based on the principle of inorganic crystalline water-repellent materials,a new type of inorganic composite repair materials has been developed. Through the orthogonal analysis and calculation of ingredient factors,the best formula was selected and the influence of five influencing factors such as calcium carbonate,sulphoaluminate cement,calcium hydroxide,active agent and quartz sand on the mechanical properties was obtained for optimal ratio of the program. Mechanical properties and microscopic results show that the performance of the developed composite materials and cement-based materials repair has a positive practical value.
