新型缓释型聚羧酸减水剂的合成及性能研究

    摘要:以甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、丙烯酸(AA)、钙离子螯合单体(GMA-IDA)等为合成主要原料,经自由基聚合制备了新型缓释型聚羧酸减水剂(RPE)。采用红外光谱对合成减水剂的分子结构进行表征,对合成产品进行了水泥净浆经时流动度测试,结果表明,TPEG、HEA、AA和GMA-IDA聚合顺利进行,合成产物为目标产物;当GMA-IDA替代TPEG质量的10%时,RPE的分散性及分散保持性显著提高,表现出缓释性能和较好的保坍性。

Study on synthesis and performance of a novel slow release polycarboxylic superplasticizer

   Abstract:In order to improve the performance of polycarboxylic superplasticizer,A new slow-releasing polycarboxylic superplasticizer(RPE) was synthesized by radical copolymerization with polyoxyethylene allyl methyl ether(TPEG),2-hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA),acrylic acid(AA),calcium ion chelating monomer(GMA-IDA) as the main synthesis raw materials. Molecular structure of RPE was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR).The cement paste fluidity over time were studied. The results showed that the copolymerization reaction of TPEG,HEA,AA and GMA-IDA was carried out successfully,the product was target product. When the GMA-IDA replace 10% of TPEG weight,the dispersion and slump-retention-ability of RPE will be significantly improved. RPE exhibits a good slow-release function and a greater slump retaining property.
