胶凝材料组成对自流平砂浆强度的影响

    摘要:在固定胶凝材料总量的情况下,通过普通硅酸盐水泥/胶凝材料总量(mOPC/mB)和无水硬石膏/高铝水泥(mGyp/mCA)2个参数研究了普通硅酸盐水泥、高铝水泥、无水硬石膏三元体系对自流平砂浆力学性能及水化产物的影响。结果表明,三者之间比例对自流平砂浆抗压、抗折强度有极大影响,mOPC/mB不宜超过0.68,mGyp/mCA不宜小于0.4,且mOPC/mB越小,mGyp/mCA宜越大。

The influence of composition of binding materials to strength for self-leveling mortar

  Abstract:The influence of ordinary Portland cement-calcium aluminate cement-anhydrous gypsum system on the mechanical properties of self-leveling mortar and hydration product was studied with varies mOPC/mB ratio(ordinary Portland cement/binder)and mGyp/mCA ratio(anhydrous gypsum/calcium aluminate cement)under the condition of fixed total cementious materials. The results show that the proportion between Portland cement,aluminate cement and gypsum has great influence to the compressive strength and flexural strength of the self-leveling mortar. The mOPC/mB ratio should not be lower than 0.68,and the mGyp/mCA ratio should be above 0.4. The mGyp/mCA ratio should be higher when the formula has lower mOPC/mB ratio.
